Uganda Visit 2017 Events 2017

Project Team visited in Uganda in July


A Ranger based team worked wth Uganda colleagues and also celebrated World Ranger Day.

The Project Team also did some planning work for our proposed support for the nursery school at Mweya and investigating the development and refurbishment of Ranger Stations.

We also visited Schools and assisted in the Conservation Cup Programme. More news to follow.

The South Downs Show


The Project will have a fundraising and information stand at this event

9th / 10th September 2017


The Project will be at the Watersmead Country Park in Leicester at their African Ranger event.

QEPP featured at Photographic Exhibtion

Petersfield School Henry Green staged a photographic exhibition based on his visit last year to Uganda,

Henry accompanied teachers on a visit to Project schools and was inspired by what he saw to showcase experiences through photography.

The exhibition took place at The Studio in Petersfield.

UK Teachers Annual Visit to Uganda July/August


Teachers will once again be visiting Uganda Project schools and carrying out a number of education projects.

UK Rangers at School Grounds Day


Project Rangers will be helping at Liss Junior School's 'Grounds Day'

The Project Team recently took part in West Meon's School open day.

Team members ran sessions on being a Ranger and how to manage a Nature Reserve.

West Meon School is twinned Mahyoro Primary School
